Leadership Team

Debbie is an experienced strategic finance and communications executive who is passionate about people and the environment within which they work. Debbie’s vast experience in the telecommunications and ICT industries, which spans more than 21 years from 1999, includes working for Vodacom and MTN and most recently for ICT Group EOH, where she was responsible for the company’s treasury and investor relations functions.

Debbie spent 3 years with South African fashion retailer Edcon as Managing Director for African stores between 2012 to 2015. She was responsible for investor relations and media, including the group’s non-SA businesses. She currently runs her own strategic financial consulting business, 3Hundred Holdings, and is Chairperson of the Investor Relations Society of South Africa.
