Please use this form to register for Eco-Schools, LEAF and YRE (Young Reporters for the Environment). You can register at any time each year in order to qualify for an award during the WESSA Eco-Schools Awards Ceremony in March the following year.

Some of the benefits of being part of the WESSA Schools Programme:

  • Affiliation to the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), the international body of the Eco-Schools, YRE and LEAF programmes operating in 67 countries.
  • Information on each of the programmes and guidelines on how to implement it at your school
  • WESSA Sustainable Schools awards ceremony and provincial start-up workshop
  • Monthly snippets which feature schools across the country, and internationally
  • Assistance with completing a portfolio or poster & Assessment and feedback on portfolio or poster.
  • Recognition of actions done at the school
