Mr Mduduzi Majozi (Nat DIp in Education and B Education (Hons) UFS pending)
Mdu has a long-standing career as an educator and is currently an Acting School Principal. In this role, Mdu has developed his leadership, management, facilitation and administrative skills through managing a school, its learners, governing bodies, interested parties and mandated authorities in the education departments amidst very difficult circumstances in the most rural communities of KwaZulu-Natal. He has contributed towards ensuring that school improvement processes are correctly implemented such as Whole School Improvement, Multi-Grade teaching, the National Nutrition Programme, Leadership and Instructional Leadership, Physical Resources, School Safety, Implementation of new Curriculum and Assessment, Quality Management Systems and Circuit Dashboard Training. Mdu is a community activist where he is Chairperson of the Siyanqoba Youth Club that supports vulnerable learners, is Chairperson of Faithway Christian College and Chairperson of the Underberg Safety and Security Council. He is an ardent environmental activist where he is a committee member of the Sani Branch of WESSA. He is an inspirational leader in his community.
