Sarah started her career in the development sector in the early 1990’s. She then worked for 15 years at Kelly, a JSE Listed Outsourcing and Recruitment company, 13 years as a business unit leader. Her experience ranges from HR management, payroll and outsourcing, talent acquisition, IR, employee relations, sales and business management. She is deeply passionate about the development of people and is committed to workplace transformation. She is proud to be responsible for creating a great culture and environment and supporting WESSA’s diverse and passionate staff to be ‘future-fit’ leaders.
