Wandisile Mandlana is a partner at Bowmans Gilfillan in the Public Law Regulatory and Regulatory Practice Group. He practices in and advises on various natural resources and environmental regulatory areas. He also advises on all aspects of Administrative and Constitutional law. Wandisile has worked on a wide range of regulatory matters including drafting of laws and regulations, High Court review applications in respect of decisions on procurement and regulatory matters, the interpretation and application of statutes as well as commercial and transactional advice. Wandisile has a particular interest in the socio-economic aspects of the Bill of Rights.
