Please use this form to register for Eco-Schools, LEAF and YRE (Young Reporters for the Environment). You can register at any time each year in order to qualify for an award during the WESSA Sustainable Schools Awards Ceremony in March the following year.

Some of the benefits of being part of the WESSA Schools Programme:

  • Affiliation to the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), the international body of the Eco-Schools, YRE and LEAF programmes operating in 67 countries.
  • Information on each of the programmes and guidelines on how to implement it at your school
  • WESSA Sustainable Schools awards ceremony and provincial start-up workshop
  • Monthly snippets which feature schools across the country, and internationally
  • Assistance with completing a portfolio or poster & Assessment and feedback on portfolio or poster.
  • Recognition of actions done at the school
